1. “开始”->“运行”-> “regedit”
2.  菜单中选择“编辑”-> “查找”-> “JVMOption”
3.  找到之后修改更新 JVMOptionX（其中 X 为 1、2、...），其值从 -Xmx 开始。

错误描述：
报错1  .com.hyperion.planning.HspCubeRefreshInProgres**ception: Cannot complete your request because the database is being refreshed.
报错2   Cannot restructure on database [%s]. Please clear all user's exclusive locks and try again (1013120)

解决方法：
1. 使用命令行导航至 HYPERION_HOME/products/Planning/bin 文件夹，找到 HspUnlockApp.cmd 实用程序。
2.  输入 HspUnlockApp.cmd[-f:passwordFile] SERVER_NAME USER_NAME PASSWORD APPLICATION_NAME，其中 application name 是要解锁的应用程序。
 
示例：
D:\Hyperion\products\Planning\bin\HspUnlockApp.cmd xx.xxx.x.xx admin password APP_年度预算

( WAS_SOPAPP15_server1.default ) 在从 unicode 转换到代码页 '819' 时，源字段 '410064006d0069006e006900730074007200610074006f007200' 对于长度为 '12' 的目标字段来说太长。   当源字段中字符数据转换为目标代码页时，产生的字符串比目标字段所定义的长度还要长。   改正生成消息的应用程序或者计算表达式。 请确保正确指定了输出消息中的字段定义，记住消息所需的代码页，并检查源字段中数据源提供的数据是否正确。
